Your mission
- All demand, service, and warranty requests from our global partners (B2B sector) are handled by you.
- In the B2B sector, you are responsible for the entire end-to-end supply chain.
- You enter customer orders into our ERP system, organize global shipments, and handle customs clearance for our products.
- You manage the relevant master data in our ERP system.
- In communication with the departments, you provide feedback on warranty and service cases.
What you'll bring
- You have completed a commercial vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade.
- You have professional experience in supply chain, customer service, or customs and transport logistics.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office, Z-ATLAS/TIA, and ERP software (preferably SAP Business One).
- You work in a meticulous and independent manner, and are highly reliable.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- Team spirit and a "getting stuff done" attitude.
- Technical experience and knowledge of bikes are an advantage.
