- Handling of customer complaints
- Performing maintenance and service work
- Repairing components
- Responsible for the quality of the bikes you assemble
What you'll bring
- A completed vocational training as a bicycle or automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable skilled trade qualification
- Technical expertise and practical skills to meet YT customer satisfaction
- Physically resilient, communicative, and team-oriented
- A high level of quality awareness
- Product affinity and solid knowledge in the mountain biking sector
- High level of organizational and motivational skills, commitment
- Good PC user skills (MS Office)
